Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally to all countries across the world.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, all products include a 14-day money back guarantee so there is zero risk and you are fully protected.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This will vary depending on your location but we typically ship out orders the next working day although this can take up to 5 days if demand is high.

You will receive a tracking number once shipped so do not worry, you are able to track your order on it's journey to you :)

Update : Due to extremely high demand, orders take on average 10 - 12 days to ship and arrive in United KingdomUnited States. But can take up to 21 days in extreme cases.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Why have I not received any order confirmation emails?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice

If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Where are your warehouses located?

We currently have warehouses located in the U.K, USA & China

Can I pay in my local currency?

The store will display your local currency by default depending on your location although once you have reached checkout, you will be required to pay by GBP. This is perfectly fine so if you live in the United States, Canada, Australia or somewhere else, please do not worry.

What is your refund policy?

Making YOU happy is our number one priority.  If your order is defective (dead-on-arrival) or materially different from what was presented on the product page, we will refund your money. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

What about taxes and Duties?

Eddy the Teddy is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges. The customer is responsible to ensure they are aware of any fee they may encounter before ordering from our website. For further details of these charges, please contact your local customs office.
